Training that works with your dog, not against them
You’re in the right place if:
-
Your dog is biting, pulling, barking or struggling to settle
-
Walks have become stressful or overwhelming
-
Your dog ignores you outdoors
-
You feel embarrassed or frustrated by your dog’s behaviour
-
You want kind, effective training without punishment-based methods
-
You want to give your dog meaningful mental enrichment
-
You want support from someone who understands both dogs and owners
At Wild & Kind K9, training is built around welfare, trust and practical skills that help dogs succeed in everyday life.

Hi, I'm Izzy
I have a passion for dogs like no other and believe in responsible ownership and training to create awesome companions (much like my very own companion, Ivy, a black Labrador).
-
First Class BSc Animal Behaviour & Welfare
-
Operational conservation detection dog experience
-
Rescue experience
-
Experience with many breeds, tempraments, sizes and issues
-
Force-free trainer
-
Fully insured, DBS checked, and canine and human first aid trained
I strongly advocate for force-free training as I believe all relationships with dogs should be built on trust and respect. I also believe in training the owner and not just the dog.
I have trained operational detection dogs so have a good idea of what goes into making a well-mannered dog but also have a good understanding of working dog breeds and how to use their drive and energy for your benefit in training.
