Hi, I'm Izzy

I have a passion for dogs like no other and believe in responsible ownership and training to create awesome companions (much like my very own companion, Ivy, a black Labrador).

  • First Class BSc Animal Behaviour & Welfare

  • Operational conservation detection dog experience

  • Rescue experience

  • Experience with many breeds, tempraments, sizes and issues

  • Force-free trainer

  • Fully insured, DBS checked, and canine and human first aid trained

I strongly advocate for force-free training as I believe all relationships with dogs should be built on trust and respect. I also believe in training the owner and not just the dog.

I have trained operational detection dogs so have a good idea of what goes into making a well-mannered dog but also have a good understanding of working dog breeds and how to use their drive and energy for your benefit in training.

Great fun, and very useful advice about how to engage your dog through play.
